Pearson Place at Avery Ranch, a 195 acre master-planned community within the award winning Avery Ranch subdivision, will be home to approximately 428 families.

Three premiere Austin home builders – Streetman Homes, Grand Haven and Pulte Homes are scheduled to complete their first round of homes in Phase 1 in the summer of 2012. The first phase of Pearson Place consists of 104 lots, already under construction, and offers 50’, 60’, 70’ some of which are cul de sac homesites.
Pricing will begin in the upper $200′s into the $400′s.

Pearson Place will will have a variety of quality amenities including community pool, tennis courts, pavillion, playscapes, park area and trails. Several of the Avery Ranch Golf Course privileges will be extended to Pearson Place residents.
